Tomomi joined designLAB in January of 2023 as a Designer. She is currently supporting a study for the St. Michael’s Country Day School, and a new preschool rooted in nature-based design principles for the Wheeler School.

Tomomi earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. After graduating, she pursued opportunities that would elevate her skills, creativity, and collaboration in the architecture field. During this time, she contributed to multiple interior design projects with her love for color and unique design solutions.

Tomomi was born in Japan and currently lives in the Boston area. She enjoys spending her time illustrating fun knickknacks, crocheting, and 3d modeling funky kitchen appliances.
